Following receipt of written confirmation of your booking and a down payment of 30% of the total amount, your reservation is considered binding and subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
The down payment must be paid by bank transfer.
The balance, including the local tourist tax (€4.50 per person per day from the age of 14), must be paid during your stay.

- Up to 90 days before arrival: one-time rebooking to another period within one year is possible without cancellation fees. The deposit will not be refunded.
- Up to 60 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
- 30 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total travel price.
- From 7 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show: 100% of the travel price.

Check In: your apartment will be available from 2.00 pm.
Please advise us in case of late arrival after 6 pm.
Check Out: you are asked to vacate your apartment no later than 9.30 am on your departure day.

The ski bus stop to the Sellaronda is located just 20 meters away, in front of Residence Sovara, and runs regularly both in the morning and in the afternoon.
The summer local bus stop is located just 200 meters away from the residence.
