Check In: your apartment will be available from 2.00 pm. Please advice us in case of late arrival after 6 pm.
Check Out: you are asked to vacate your apartment no later than 10 am on your day of departure.
Non-smoker: all our apartments are non-smoker apartments.
For allergy sufferer: all apartments have wooden floors, there are no carpeted floor.
Pets: are not allowed.
Earnest money & insurance & cancellation
Things do not always turn out as expected…sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated.
We apply the following conditions in case of cancellation:
• Until 90 days before the agreed day of arrival: free of charge
• No later than 60 days before the agreed day of arrival: full deposit
• Between 60 and 30 days before the agreed day of arrival: 50 % of the total price
• Between 30 and 7 days before the agreed day of arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price
• Less than 7 days before arrival, delayed arrival, early departure or no show: 100 % of the agreed total price

In case we re-rent the cancelled apartment, the earnest money can be transferred to another period within one year.
